Bacon Wrapped Asparagus Recipe
Ingredients:
- A bunch of green asparagus on the thinner side
- The equivalent number of thin bacon slices
Instructions:
- Chop off the tough ends of asparagus (and peel them very thinly if you wish, but that’s optional)
- Wrap the bacon slices around asparagus stalks
- Place the wrapped asparagus on a baking sheet so that they don’t touch each other
- Bake about 15-20 min at 200C/390F until the bacon looks crispy and delicious.
- Place them on a plate that is covered with a paper towel before serving so that the excess grease can be removed.
Just make some, you won’t regret it. They are really really good.
